Career limiting move of the day # 1: giving my boss a cupcake and telling him the logo on top is edible...only to have him pretend to choke and here's me thinking oh God, my first event and I've killed the boss BY MAKING HIM CHOKE ON HIS OWN LOGO...oh dear.

Career limiting move of the day # 2: telling my boss I don't know what he's like presenting when prepared, but he's excellent at winging it. His look of sheer disbelief was followed by a belly laugh so I'm hoping he got my weird humour...
